About Event

BUGSLAYER’26 is a National Level Hackathon organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology (DSCET), in association with the WeCode Club. This 2-day offline hackathon will be held on 29th and 30th January 2026 at the DSCET campus, East Coast Road, Mamallapuram, Chennai.

The event provides a competitive platform for engineering students to analyze real-world problem statements, develop innovative solutions, and showcase their technical and presentation skills. Participants will work individually or in teams (up to 4 members) to design, implement, and present their projects within the given time frame.

BUGSLAYER’26 encourages creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on learning while offering opportunities to interact with industry experts and mentors. Attractive cash prizes worth ₹10,000, best presentation awards, internship opportunities for top teams, and participation certificates await the participants.

The hackathon is open to all engineering students across India.
